Our picturesque Nursery and Plant Center is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Enjoy a pleasant walk through our extensive display gardens which feature over 3,000 varieties of rare and unusual perennials, trees, shrubs, and evergreens for the sun and shade.

Gardens Galore!

The Viettes have designed beautiful display gardens with you, our customer, in mind. “We have a very unique situation here!” With over six acres surrounding the Plant Center dedicated to these gardens, you will find a tremendous diversity rivaling that found in many botanical gardens. We feature gardens for the sun and shade, an English rock garden, rock wall gardens, a water garden with a waterfall, extensive hosta gardens with over one hundred different hosta varieties, peony, iris, and daylily display gardens with thousands of varieties including André's newest daylily hybrids. Plus enjoy our spectacular fields of daylilies, poppies, peonies, and iris.

Beautiful Perennials and Shrubs!

Our large Plant Center pads are filled with the “best of the best” perennials including many of the newest cultivars of your “old favorites”. Beautiful displays are continually being created to give you ideas for attractive combinations of perennials and shrubs.

Friendly and helpful staff!

Our friendly Plant Center staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Come and meet Jane, Jennifer, Mitchell, and Gerry - they are always willing to offer tips and advise on selecting the perfect plants for your special situation.

Special Events and Seminars

Join us on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons from May through October for our wonderful lecture series and garden tours. Check our lecture schedule for details on these exciting and informative workshops and seminars.

ANNUAL DAYLILY AND WINE FESTIVAL

Plan your visit during this exciting 2-day event hosted by Viette Nurseries. The Daylily and Wine Festival takes place during the peak of daylily bloom at our nursery in Fishersville; usually the 3rd weekend of July!
